How quickly will you receive your goods?
We aim to deliver all goods within 7 working days for those items in stock, with dispatch usually between 3-4 days. For goods that are not in stock, delivery will be made within 10 working days. However, all orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 28 days.
Delivery charges vary depending upon your location, the value of your order and the weight of the products being delivered. Please call for more information or an accurate quote including delivery charges.
Receiving your goods
In order to continue to provide a hassle-free service from order confirmation to the delivery of your goods, we have instructed our carriers to, in instances whereby you are unable to accept the delivery of your goods at the time of delivery, to leave your parcel(s) within the boundaries of your premises, in a safe and out-of-sight manner. The carrier will also post a card through your door, documenting the delivery time, and detailing the whereabouts of your goods.
Whereas we do accept that a certain risk is attached to this procedure, we believe that the timely delivery of your goods is of utmost importance, and understand the potential frustrations of attempting to organise a redelivery.

Pallet divery service
Our pallet delivery service is used to deliver larger items such as decorative aggregates, patio furniture. The pallets will be unloaded using a pallet truck and tail lift.
You will be notified by telephone of the delivery date for all large items i.e. greenhouses, decorative aggregates, garden furniture etc. If this date is not convenient it can be scheduled for a more convenient date. Please ensure you supply a contact telephone number where you can be contacted in working hours i.e. mobile phone. No order will be dispatched without a telephone number.
Damages & shortages
It is rare for items to get damaged in transit but accidents can happen and occasionally there may be a packing error resulting in a shortage.
It is vital that all order are checked on delivery and we are notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hours. In these cases it is best to call us to lets us know, but if you do email then ensure that we have acknowledged the email before the time elapses as we cannot take responsibility for non delivery of an email.
If it is not possible to check the item at the time of delivery for any reason then please let us know so that we can discuss the risks involved if the item is not being checked. Unfortunately once the 48 hours have elapsed the couriers insurance lapses and claims cannot be made. This is why it is safer to always check items on the day of delivery even if the outer packaging appears to be intact. To speed the process up we may on occasion ask for images of the damage.
